Six steps, and you approve each one

  1. You tell me about your business and what eats up your time. Before going into detail, we sign a confidentiality agreement: what you share with me stays between us.

  2. I take the time to understand how your company runs: your team, your current tools, your habits, what holds you back. Sometimes the right answer is a tool that already exists. I'll tell you.

  3. I present the solution, the timeline and the budget, without jargon. Everything is in writing before we start.

    A deposit when you order and the balance on delivery. Paying in three instalments is possible. Every payment comes with an invoice.

  4. Before a single line of code, you see your tool: the screens, the user flows, then a clickable demo.

    You approve the mockups. Development starts only after your go-ahead.

  5. From day one you have access to your client portal: progress, documents, guides and invoices. A test link lets you try the tool as it's being built, and your feedback is worked in as we go. I use AI-assisted development tools: you save time without losing quality.

  6. I train you and your team. In the first week after launch, I monitor everything and fine-tune what's needed. For three months, any defect caused by my work is fixed free of charge. Then you choose your maintenance plan, suited to your tool and with no lock-in.
